i have never-ever lost my car keys.

i did a bunch of scanning sunday afternoon....

posting hasn't been at the top of the to-do list.

it's a big deal around here when the roses are in bloom at the park.. and it should be!!

i found this in the garden while planting creeping jenny.
steve says our house must be have been built over an ancient indian burial ground.

it was too early for the crowds.

...they are celebrating because spain is the champion of europe!!!

you can go everywhere cheap and comfy.
besides.... sometimes there just wasn't any other way.

and of course you can nap and count bulls along the way

went to pennsy this weekend.
the views on the turnpike are just so pretty.
but the 8 hour drive just about kills us.

the lettering (and the unfortunate lite-leak) are all rearranged.

now i can say that the spaniard is going toward the light-- and it is true.

 
everything in madrid is old and new at the same time.
ancient buildings next to modern hi-rises.

having dinner no earlier than 10pm because that's the way it has ALWAYS been.
make sure you dress for dinner in the most current style.

i think you need a scarf with that outfit.

i guess it's silly but i love it when 2 images fit together so perfectly on the contact sheet.

i think too much airport-wine prevented us from finding her holga... so we used mine.

spain was great.
cafe con leche and old buildings.
sangria and then more old buildings.
one more glass of wine before bed...in an old building.
oh yes don't forget the storks...on top of the old (really-tall) buildings.
now i am home trying to get over jet-lag.
i will process some film soon-ish.
